Bentley isn’t alone in having records sales as Rolls-Royce demonstrated today.  The company announced that their sales were up 33% in the first half of 2014 compared to 2013.

“This is an excellent half-year result and demonstrates the continued confidence that our customers have in our company and our fine cars” -Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Although Rolls produces less models and less total production than Bentley, their cars tend to be more expensive.  It is also interesting that Rolls saw the most sales growth in Europe and the Middle East, while Bentley’s sales growth came strongly from expansion in China.

As the global recession dissipates in our memories and the wealthy begin to spend again, expect all high end auto makers to continue the current sales trends.
