It’s been a busy week for dealership news. Following news of the Bentley Netherlands store, Bentley Motors has opened a new store in Milan, Italy. Festivities at the dealership got underway yesterday with a crowd of more than 300 customers and to celebrate. The new showroom is 500 m² and, like the other dealerships we’ve profiled recently, follows the global design spec set by Bentley’s CW1 house at Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe, England. At the opening, Bentley’s Regional Director Robert Engstler said, “This is a great day for Bentley in Italy. With this new retailer we ensure that our customers have a unique Bentley experience and we are proud to set a new benchmark in the luxury automotive market here in Italy. I am glad we took this important step together with our partners at Bentley Milan.” This store is big deal for Bentley. Although they have several authorized service centers in the country, this is their only retail store. Bentley Milan, which took eight months to build out, will offer Bentley’s entire lineup including the Bentayga. Additionally, they will carry pre-owned vehicles and offer a full service department. Following eight months of construction and substantial investment, Bentley Milan welcomed more than 300 customers and guests to the new showroom for the first time yesterday. Ado Fassina, CEO of dealership owner Fassina Group Italy, added to Engstler’s comments. “I am very proud to represent the most successful automotive luxury brand in the world. Bentayga launch and luxury market growth fully convinced me to invest in the completely new Bentley corporate identity. Our main target is to deliver to Bentley customers the best luxury experience on both, sales and aftersales services.” Bentley Milan is open to the public today.
