As of June 1st, Michael Winkler has stepped down from his role as CEO for Bentley Motors Inc., the North American arm of Bentley Motors. Winkler had just assumed the role two years earlier after working with Jaguar Land Rover in Australia. Winkler is leaving to return to Australia after a two month transition to his successor is complete.

Mark Del Rosso, 52, became Bentley Motors Inc.’s President and CEO on June 1st. Del Rosso is a Volkswagen veteran who was most recently with Audi of America as their Chief Operating Officer. He has 25 years of experience in the auto industry, having joined Toyota right after graduation from USC.
Del Rosso is responsible for Bentley’s marketing, sales, and product development efforts in the Americas. This territory remains Bentley’s largest, with nearly 3,000 cars delivered here each year representing 25% of the company’s global sales. There are 53 Bentley dealerships in the Americas, with the company’s corporate headquarters based in Reston, Virginia.
